Goodhue County 2050 Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP)
Overview:
The Goodhue County Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) will guide the next twenty years of investment strategies and policies for Goodhue County transportation network. This Plan will be used as a tool to guide major transportation investments and policy decisions. A key to the successful completion of this study is engaging the community and stakeholders during the process to develop a document that is clear, understood, and supported.

Plan for all modes of travel
Establish system performance goals
Analyze and prioritize system improvements
